A timely preparedness for the flight home

Eyes right, my aplologies about that unfortunate little logo I am forced to share, I would much rather have my own, which Orble had promised me when I can demonstrate a fixed address, the experiences of blogging, there is always the unexpected.

Well, just so there is no further confusion it's fobzy here, fashionable man about town, sharing the circuit with the unrespectable unemployed.

But I am a man of independent means serving my apprenticeship at the races for the time when I shall have my own horse stable and I am looking forward to that very much, when I take on the responsibilities of life itself. And that time is nigh upon me, perish the thought.

Well, things are progressing well for my short stay in England, I have the tickets already, mother sent them to me. She is a very determined lady that woman but at least she keeps her, so far, ne'er do well son, of indeterminate parentage, having been born without a father, you see.

And Mother will never be drawn on that one, I think she's in denial still, after all these years, probably there is an overpaid psychologist out there somewhere who could come up with an answer, but, well, I mean to say, is that going to change anything, no not a bit, so why bother trying.

I've shouted myself a new flat Mac which will be light and easy to carry, I shall take it on the plane with me, must keep that baggage down you know.

When my new outfits are ready I'll donate my current knock abouts to some worthwhile charity like the Smith Family and hopefully they'll have a good home.

It's difficult to keep up with fashion and do the right thing by the environment.

And I'm just starting to wonder if I am coming up with some new keywords yet, although I expect I'm rambling on too much for that.

I'm going down market to-night taking a nice friendly little lass, she's a bit like me, not too bright , you know, to the movies and then we'll have something at the likes of McDonald's because that is where she wants to go. Unbelievable isn't it?

But all of these things add to the rich tapestry of life and my social skills which I'll need for the race track, one gets all types frequenting those, from the top drawers of society to the little punters having a $10 each way bet, it used to be having a bob each way but bobs are not worth anything much these days.

The racing world is my passion, my dream, my virtue? And I can't wait for the day when I shall be able to be more productively involved.

But slowly I am coming to the realization that it must be first things first and my pending marriage by the end of the year, must take precedence.

I wonder how many of you have been faced with such an unusual circumstance, but it is reasonably common amongst the better families in old mother England.

Well, at least my ancestors did not end up as convicts, always plenty of food on the table even when the squire could not pay his bills.

So, for now, I'm off to the tailors for another fitting, two weeks is just going to fly by I know.

So, it's Sebastian Fobbs signing off and begging that you not confuse me with the other one.
