How much do you love Sport? and would you like to go to the Olympics?

Australia is filled with the lovers of sports and they have all these footie clubs and other things, and I've noticed when I go for a stroll out in the suburbs that there is often quite a range of sports to be watched from football to cricket, running and then there are well equipped aquatic centres and in Canberra you have the Sports Institute where children can be trained from quite a young age.
I notice that in previous Olympics you do very well in proportion to your population and here at Orble there are quite a number of sports writers, they don't mix much but they do get on with the job and I think there just may be a liitle money in it, and this from me, who has yet to make 1 cent.
I do have some business to attend to to-morrow, bearing in mind that I'll be back in England again soon and I've a very vigorous weekend planned, mostly at the races but I should be able to fit in a bit of sailing too and they are going to trust me to do a liitle more this time. So that is why I am posting a little early, I'll be incommunicado for a few days, a word derived from the ancient Latin or the modern Italian do you think?
I'm really looking forward to the weekend and I hope the weather stays as fine as it has been for the last few days.
But I'm wondering how many of you would like to go to the Olympics in China, I think it will be a magnificent affair, despite the very real threat of the pollution and putting aside the debate on Tibet just for a while.
If only it were not such a busy year for me I'd really like to go there myself. I am very fond of the horse events, the gymnastics, the swimming and cycling and the team sports should be exciting and China is such an old country I'd love to do the walk on the great wall of China.
So is anyone here going? or would you like to? and what are your favourite sports.
