2010 Mercedes-Benz S400 BlueHybrid
November 9th 2009 05:46
After all, this is where the driver sits, isn't it? and doesn't it look nice, even fobzy is tempted but Mother would hit the roof if I take home another little runabout, ah, but the vintages, that's different, there's money to be made with those.
Every one is seeking to cut costs nowadays, let alone produce hybrids for fuel efficiency and to appease the environmentalists, of course.
By downsizing the S550's standard gasoline engine by 35 percent -- the car's usual 5.5-liter V-8 is replaced with a 3.5-liter V-6 -- the Mercedes holds down costs and raises the mileage even before the hybrid gear is added.
But my goodness this one would be so nice to come home to, or to come home in, don't you think?
