Ford Focus Electric
Ford unveiled its first electric vehicle Focus Electric in January 2011. It is a pure electric car and is powered by a 23 kwh high-voltage lightweight lithium ion battery. Foxnews reported that the all-electric model will be available in US in 19 cities by the end of 2011. It is surmised that it will have a 100 mile range.
