This show was held at Flemington and there'll be another just a weekend away.
an old Jaguar, and a 1956 Saab, one with a two-cycle engine that burns a mixture of gas and oil. The way the engine works, some unburned fuel and most of the lubricating oil are swept out the exhaust pipe. Today’s entry indeed had a smoky exhaust. Decades ago, the blue clouds trailing a Saab were deemed tolerable, but no longer, and the company stopped making those engines.
Oldies that are not allowed anymore but goodies just the same, their owners just love them and you will too
