China's biggest auto museum opens in Beijing

September 30th 2011 07:11

auto museum china vintage cars

Isn't that just something, I guess they weren't always the simple peasants in China, somebody seemed to have money to splash around, I wonder who?

Not all communists at heart I see.

50,000 square meters and housing over 80 vintage cars made in China and abroad, the auto museum is China's first government-funded public museum for automobiles.

China has taken on Capitalism thick and fast it seems, but if all the vehicles look something like this one that's going to be one hell of a museum.

construction on the museum took around eight years

Nothing but the best for China nowadays, at whose cost I wonder, ultimately the rest of the world which they seem to be hell bent on buying. Money talks and they've sure accumulated enough of that in just over 10 years.

But leaving all of that aside this exhibition is very well planned and very comprehensive, it's not just filled with the old bombs of China.

Trust me, I'm a farmer!
