CEO Kevin Czinger expects to sell up to 14,000 all-electric compact sedans in the company’s first full year of operations.
2011 Nissan Leaf, the first of at least four electric vehicles to be released by Nissan? Especially at a price of $44,900, a full $12,000 higher than the Leaf?
That seems big bucks for a little car to me, what do you think?

Nissan to build new Smart car for US markets. Family friendliness is important, and the new model could have seating for more than two. Smart decided to team with Nissan to produce a five door hatchback. Car buyers are becoming more economy minded, and the brand new Smart automobile will be accessible starting in 2011.
